Job summary

Sentec is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain electronic inventory records, pull materials for production, and support shipping in a regulated medical device setting. You will work with ERP/MRP systems and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate inventory levels and timely fulfillment.

The role requires a High School diploma, strong computer skills, and mathematical proficiency. Forklift certification or willingness to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Mathematical competency.
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain the appropriate certification is required.
• Experience in medical device or other highly regulated industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull inventory parts per requests.
• Electronically transact ERP actions for inventory processes.
• Collaborate with internal departments on inventory processes.
• Participate in work order related inventory record retention.
• Follow QMS standards and regulations as outlined in documentation.
