Job summary

This role requires operating a forklift, strong Excel skills, and preferred SAP experience. Candidates must be detail-oriented and capable of counting parts accurately to support MRP-based procurement.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cycle counts for production and warehouse locations.
• Resolve cycle count discrepancies with production and warehouse staff.
• Maintain weekly data on component gains/loss to support MRP-based procurement.
• Follow environmental policy as it pertains to work activities.
• Notify supervisor of any problems.
• Work from verbal/written instructions and standard work instructions.
• Perform other duties as required within scope.

Inventory Clerk Job Description

• Perform daily cycle counts for production and warehouse locations.
• Resolve cycle count discrepancies with production and warehouse staff.
• Maintain weekly data on component gains/loss to facilitate root cause and corrective actions in support of MRP based procurement system.
• Supports and implements the environmental policy as it pertains to work activities.
• Notifies supervisor of any problems.
• Works from specific verbal and/or written instructions and standard work instructions.
• Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the activities enumerated above.
