Overview

Manages incoming and outgoing stock while maintaining a proper inventory location both physically and systematically for all goods with inventory notes. Communicates with various departments to resolve issues with product, transferring stock locations, production priorities and conduct cycle counts by performing the following duties

Responsibilities
  • Manages incoming and outgoing stock to maintain inventory both physically and systematically.
  • Communicates and responds to specific areas in order to resolve issues with production.
  • Identify proper inventory and review transactions.
  • Responsible to navigate and understand schedules and reports.
  • Conducts cycle counts periodically.
  • Understands the FIFO process.
  • Performs and completes transaction journals to keep accurate inventory.
  • Understands and handles all provided documents.
  • Preps production orders for staging areas.
  • Works on kitting orders to carts to provide production for assembly line.
  • Researches transaction history.
  • Documents accurate information for traceability.
  • Tracks and keeps accurate counts of items to perform cycle counts to maintain IRA (inventory record accuracy).
  • Identifies documents and pull the proper inventory number and batch number from its location using FIFO.
  • Reviews transactional history in inventory management system.
  • Identifies proper utilization and location of storage space during stock put away process.
  • Responds to inventory inquires such as locating, showing and pulling items from stock.
  • Performs accurate inventory movement transactions.
  • Ensures that document and digital data control is in compliance with AS9100 guidelines.
  • Understands 6S guidelines (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, and safety).
  • Responsible in having the authority to stop any production order for quality concerns.
  • Maintains a good work flow in order to get things where it should be.
  • Monitors transfer logs for updates.
  • Responsible for housekeeping in stock room,recognizing damaged material in stock and relay information to the quality department, navigating a fast paced environment with extreme accuracy and attention to detail,completing work default/obsolete reports as needed,the quality of their work and implementation of the quality policy, completing work default/obsolete reports as needed, kit to kit carts and bring to staging areas, repackaging/refilling inventory to correct bins (bulk stock),pickups at specific departments or areas (EOL/Receiving).

Education/Experience:
