Job summary

Luttrell Staffing Group in Salinas, CA is seeking individuals with warehouse experience for a full-time, temp-to-hire warehouse associate role. You will help order inventory, stock, and maintain accurate records while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You must be comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for long periods, using inventory software and spreadsheets, and communicating clearly with team members. Weekly pay and fast start dates are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with inventory software, spreadsheets, and reporting tools.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Order inventory from vendors and suppliers while coordinating shipment and delivery schedules.
• Stock, catalog, and maintain accurate inventory records and counts.
• Perform quality checks, remove nonconforming items, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Obtain vendor quotes and compare pricing to support cost-effective purchasing.
• Verify product information and assist with evaluating new products.
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned
