Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts.
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and warehouse locations.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Track inventory movement and adjustments.
• Locate and investigate missing, damaged, or misplaced products.
• Ensure inventory is properly labeled and stored in the correct location.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and records.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors and appropriate warehouse personnel.
• Assist with physical inventory and scheduled inventory audits.
• Work closely with warehouse associates and leadership to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Follow all GEODIS safety, security, quality, and operational procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.
• Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a Inventory Clerk.
• RF Scanner experience preferred but not required
• Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or distribution experience preferred but not required
• Experience using a WMS or inventory management system is preferred but not required
