Job summary

Fidelity Manufacturing is seeking an Inventory Clerk to maintain accurate records of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods within warehouse and production environments. You will support inventory accuracy, material flow, and operations by performing inventory transactions and coordinating with production, purchasing, and quality teams.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to perform counts, and proficiency with inventory systems.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse, or supply-chain-related roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and inventory calculations.
• Proficiency with inventory systems and basic computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Completion of required orientation and safety training.
• Ability to successfully complete the required probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular physical counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Verify quantities and condition of received materials and report discrepancies.

Job Summary

This role supports inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational efficiency by performing inventory transactions, physical counts, and coordination with production, purchasing, and quality teams.

Essential Job Functions

• Update and maintain inventory records within the inventory management system.

Physical Requirements

Working Conditions

This position operates primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing environment. Employees may be exposed to elevated noise levels, dust, fumes, airborne particles, moving machinery, and varying temperatures, all within OSHA-permissible exposure limits. The role requires working around production equipment and material-handling devices. OSHA-compliant safety training, required personal protective equipment (PPE), and company safety procedures are provided and must be followed at all times.
