Job summary

Clark NMSD LLC is seeking a full-time Cannabis inventory clerk in North Las Vegas. You will manage inventory, verify orders, and ensure Metrc compliance while maintaining accurate records and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities include daily counts, labeling, and collaboration with management to uphold safety, accuracy, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Prior inventory experience required in a fast-paced environment.
• Cannabis industry knowledge is preferred and compliance with local/state regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with accurate record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment prioritizing customer/patient experience and adhering to policies.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory operations, policies, and procedures.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with managers, supervisors and staff.
• Verify incoming orders against purchase orders/invoices and enter data in the inventory system.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards.
• Verify cannabis product batch weights and manage counts in the inventory system and Metrc.
• Ensure products on the sales floor are properly labeled with barcodes and accounted for.
• Represent The Sanctuary Dispensaries with professionalism and integrity.
• Keep logs up to date and compliant with regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Assist other staff as needed by management.
• Inform management of recurring vendor/equipment issues and software status.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Attend mandatory training and staff meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Description and Responsibilities

• Promote a positive work environment that puts the customer or patient experience at the forefront and adheres to the established policies and procedures.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all inventory operations, policies, and procedures
• Establish and maintain working relationships and provide assistance as requested to managers, supervisors and employees on an ongoing basis
• Verify that each incoming order matches the Buyer’s purchase order/invoice and ensure that products are entered correctly from cost to naming conventions into the company’s inventory system.
• Maintains appropriate grooming and uniform standards
• Verify cannabis product batch weights and manage daily/monthly product counts within the company’s inventory system and Metrc;
• Ensuring that all products being replenished to the sales floor have been properly labeled with the appropriate barcode, and are accounted for within the company’s inventory system and Metrc;
• Be the voice of The Sanctuary Dispensaries and accurately and professionally represent our core values and morals
• Keep any relevant logs up to date and compliant with local and state regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Helps support other facility employees and staff by performing other tasks as apparent or as delegated by MOD.
• Inform management of reoccurring issues with vendors, equipment, or platform software
• Always maintain strict confidentiality of customer/patient information
• Attend mandatory training and staff meetings
• Other tasks and duties as assigned by management

Requirements

Requirements, Education, Preferred Skills and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 years of inventory experience
• Preferred cannabis inventory experience
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging (as directed by state ordinances)
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and on a team, communicating effectively on the job through daily logs and using the chain of command.
• Ability to work accurately with time constraints
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment often during busy and stressful circumstances
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations quickly and accurately
• Must be able to walk, carry, bend, lift and push/pull as needed
