Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Neenah, WI is seeking an Inventory Controller/Cycle Counter for our first shift to maintain accurate material inventories and support production planning. This onsite role collaborates with Receiving, Shipping, and Purchasing to verify stock levels and reconcile inventory using the company system.

Key duties include cycle counting, weekly physical inventories, FIFO compliance, and backup administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Execute material verification based upon information provided by the Plant Scheduler and Production Supervision.
• Validating material movement transactions
• Maintain continuous and accurate cycle counting of the facility
• Coordinate cycle counting with forklift drivers on shift
• Prepare and participate in weekly physical inventory.
• Direct monthly product inventory, perform verifications, and keep spreadsheets up to date
• Understand and utilize the FIFO methodology
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
• Take apart job jackets after completion
• Back up administrative assistant

About The Opportunity

Under the direction of the Production/Shipping/Scheduling, the Inventory Controller/Cycle Counter will maintain an accurate inventory of materials in the facility by working directly with Receiving/Shipping and Purchasing, verifying sufficient inventory for production using the inventory system, reconciling, and reporting to management.

Shift: 1st Shift, Full Time

Job Mode: Onsite

Pay: $23.18
