Job summary

DAC Worldwide, part of the Amatrol family, is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator in New Jersey. You’ll maintain inventory, coordinate with Purchasing and Production, and ensure accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods into a climate-controlled facility. The role offers a Monday–Friday day schedule, typical 7:00 a.m.

to 3:30 p.m., with optional overtime. A high school diploma and proficiency in Outlook/Excel/Word are expected, along with dependable teamwork and a proactive

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Positive, problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining inventory and organizing warehouse stock.
  • Coordinating with Purchasing and Production teams regarding materials and orders.
  • Receiving incoming shipments, inspecting for damage, and recording inventory transactions.
  • Picking, packaging, and preparing products for customer shipment.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and documentation.
  • Keeping warehouse and inventory areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Assisting with additional duties as assigned.

What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring materials, parts, and finished products are accurately tracked, organized, and shipped to customers.
