Job summary

DAC Worldwide seeks Equipment Assemblers to support the production of technical training equipment in a clean, climate-controlled facility. The role covers mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic assemblies, wiring, and testing to ensure high-quality finished systems.

Ideal candidates have basic mechanical experience, reading blueprints in English, and a dependable schedule with a 7:00 a.m. start. Level 1 or Level 2 pay structures apply, with opportunities for skill development.

• Dependable attendance and ability to report ready to work for a 7:00 a.m. start time.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Assemble electrical components and wiring associated with finished systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
• Identify and correct defective or damaged components.
• Perform equipment testing, calibration, and quality checks.
• Help ensure all products meet quality standards.

Pay & Career Growth

• Level 1 - $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
• Ideal for candidates with basic mechanical, plumbing, manufacturing, or assembly experience who are eager to develop their skills.
• Level 2 - $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
• For experienced assemblers with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, troubleshooting, and blueprint-reading skills who can work independently and support complex builds.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Assemble electrical components and wiring associated with finished systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and product specifications.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues.
