Integrated Commercialization, LLC is seeking an inventory support specialist to join our Ohio warehouse. You will count bulk merchandise, adjust inventory levels, and investigate discrepancies while supporting internal and external customers.

The role requires 2+ years in warehouse operations and a High School Diploma or GED, with strong Word/Excel skills. Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00pm-10:30pm; pay: $21.00/hr; overtime as needed.

• Process returns; pulls product; packages and ships returns/recalls.
• Provide internal and external customer support.
• Assist with physical inventory.
• Develops and implements new processes and procedures.
• Place purchase orders; monitor service levels; support deals.

Job Details

Shift-Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay- $21.00/HR

Responsibilities

• Accurately counts bulk merchandise in primary warehouse locations.
• Performs appropriate adjustments on inventory levels.
• Researches discrepancies as it relates to inventory levels, as needed.
• Requests return authorizations, pulls product, packages and ships returns and recalls.
• Provides internal and external customer support.
• Assists with physical inventory.
• Develops and implements new processes and procedures when necessary.
• Supports the Inventory Department with a variety of tasks such as placing purchase orders, writes narcotic blanks, monitors service levels and breaks down deals.
• Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory.
• Performs related duties as assigned.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.

Skills and Knowledge

• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Strong product knowledge
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good mathematical skill
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
