Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support professional to join our operations team at the Grove Center facility. You will maintain shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation, and route materials through workflows to support timely processing.

The ideal candidate has a High School diploma, 2+ years in warehouse/shipping roles, and CSCP certification is a plus. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support.

Job Details

Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to completion

Pay rate: $21 per hour

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
