Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Support Associate to maintain inventory accuracy and support shipping operations. The role operates Monday–Friday, 11:00am–7:30pm, with pay of $21 per hour and full-time status.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse support or related fields, a High School Diploma/GED, and CSCP certification is a plus. Training, benefits, and resources promote wellness and personal growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, or related field.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• CSCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation to preserve complete and accessible operational records.
• Enters warehouse data to capture inventory movements, order status, and shipment activity accurately.
• Routes materials, orders, and exception items through the appropriate workflows to support timely processing.
• Prepares reports on inventory status, shipment activity, and recurring operational issues for routine review.
• Updates records related to stock balances, storage locations, and transaction activity to maintain control accuracy.
• Answers routine operational inquiries from internal and external contacts to provide status support and execution clarity.
