Job summary

Pendergraph Machines, a division of Prosys Fill LLC, is seeking an experienced Inventory Clerk for our Durham, NC facility. You will count, catalog, and record shipments, manage inventory, and support production with timely parts kitting.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, forklift or pallet jack experience, familiarity with UPS/FedEx shipping, and Infor Syteline ERP proficiency. We offer medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, PTO, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with inventory control and shipping/receiving.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Count, catalog, and record incoming/outgoing shipments.
• Obtain quotes for truck shipping.
• Inventory stocking and digital tracking.
• Part etching/stamping.
• Pack and ship parts and assemblies, create packing lists.
• Pull parts (kitting) for production and production support.
• Reconcile counts with database; investigate discrepancies.
• Perform routine cycle counts and audits.
• Maintain clean, labeled, safe storage areas.
