Choctaw Nation is seeking an Inventory Associate for Durant Casino and Resort to deliver, store, and manage product in a food and beverage environment. You will report to the Inventory Supervisor or Executive Chef and work a Friday-Monday schedule from 6:00am to 4:30pm, with wage access available.

The role requires organizing storage areas, auditing incoming inventory, and maintaining FIFO stock practices while ensuring safety and compliance in all storage areas.

• Ability to lift, load, transport, and unload product.
• Two years of inventory, purchasing, stock, and kitchen experience.

Mansioni

• Organize, clean, label and maintain kitchen storage areas (shelves, floors, walls, coolers, freezers).
• Stock received orders to proper storage areas (unpacking, counting, recording, stocking).
• Perform audits on incoming inventory to ensure invoice matches delivered items.
• Stock product using FIFO to minimize waste and ensure dated/labeled items.
• Ensure area is clean and compliant with storage safety standards for chemicals and cleaning equipment.
• Inform Executive Chef of outdated, damaged, or inferior product received.
• Review orders for completeness and accuracy; receive and document merchandise on arrival.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Purpose or Objective(s):

Deliver product to all food and beverage outlets and to ensure correct quality product has been received. You will report to the Inventory Supervisor or Executive Chef.

Location:

Durant Casino and Resort

Schedule:

Regular/Full-Time - Friday-Monday, 6:00am-4:30pm

Wage access is an option for this position.

Primary Tasks:

1. You will organize, clean, label and maintain kitchen storage areas to include shelves, floor, walls, coolers, and freezers.
2. Stock received orders to appropriate storage areas to include unpacking, counting, recording, and stocking.
3. Perform audits on incoming inventory to ensure items on invoice match items delivered.
4. Stock product using the First In, First Out model to ensure shorter dated product is used first and product received is dated and labeled according to Choctaw Nation food safety guidelines.
5. Examine assigned areas to guarantee an organized, clean, and safe environment to maintain compliance requirements for cleanliness, and proper storage of all chemicals and cleaning equipment.
6. Inform Executive Chef of any outdated, damaged, or inferior product received.
7. Review orders for completeness and accuracy; receive and document merchandise as it arrives.
8. Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.
