Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Florida is seeking an Inventory Clerk to evaluate inventory levels across warehouses, determine stocking, and communicate opportunities for improvement. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

You should have at least a high school diploma and 1+ years in inventory, with experience in inventory controls. Proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel is preferred, and you may train others as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience in inventory or related area within the company preferred.
• Experience with inventory controls is a plus.

Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages and to draw and interpret graphs.Frequent use of Outlook, Word, Excel, graphics, etc.Regularly uses moderately complex oral and written skills. May train others in functional areas, interact with others and make presentations to department or middle management.Problems encountered are routine, somewhat repetitive and generally solved by following clear directions and procedures.Decisions generally affect own job or assigned functional area.Results are defined; sets personal own goals and determines how to achieve results with few or no guidelines to follow; supervisor/manager provides broad guidance and overall direction.Handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously with moderate complexity.No additional competencies required.Essential Physical Demands/Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or sit for extended periods of time.The employee may be exposed to hazardous situations, conditions, and equipment.
