Qualifications

• Knowledge of general business math.
• Six months to one year of job training and experience.
• Strong mental and visual ability to perform counts.
• Physical ability for standing and walking at least 95% of the time.
• Ability to lift/move objects between 10 and 50 lbs.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work independently, counting merchandise in stores and scanning UPCs with a handheld device.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers and interact effectively with store team members.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in counts.
• Track daily progress toward goals and accept regular feedback.
• Exercise good judgment in counting and handling merchandise.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
