Job summary

Circle K is seeking an Audit Assistant to support the Lead Auditor and Audit Department by counting merchandise in stores accurately and efficiently. You will count merchandise at store level and communicate with store staff and the Lead Auditor to ensure precision in every count.

In this role you will assist the Audit Supervisor in verifying store counts and researching audit findings as directed, while maintaining professional relationships with store personnel and meeting high accuracy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to take ownership over work and relationships with stores.
• Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills required.
• Team player with a professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Extreme attention to detail is essential.
• Physical demands: stand, bend, climb ladders, lift >40 lbs, and work in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Count merchandise at store level in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Communicate with Lead Auditor and Store Staff as needed.
• Work with Audit Supervisor to ensure accurate counting of stores.
• Research findings of audits as directed.
