Overview

We are seeking Inventory Associates for a 5+ month contract in the Huntsville, Alabama area. We are looking for people who are available to start right away!

Must be able to pass a background and drug test. Must be US Citizen or a Green Card holder — no third-party candidates.

What you’ll do

• Receive shipments - unload shipments delivered by carriers.


• Inspect shipments - visually examine packages arriving at the Fulfillment.


• Quality control checks - review requirements for each part number and process.


• Document receipts - use tools and equipment to systematically upload, store, and follow standard operating procedures.


• Data entry - navigate and select fields within an inventory management tool to input data from physical delivery.


• Packaging - identify packaging needs and properly wrap/store parts within the workflow.


• Sorting and staging - move packages/boxes/crates while identified and secured to prevent loss.


• Operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs.

• 2+ years of Fulfillment Center Operations/Inventory or Warehouse experience


• Operate according to safety standards.


• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.


• An attitude of world-class quality, attention to detail, and dedication.


• Communication skills within a highly technical environment.


• Ability to collect relevant data and input it into systems. Participate in assisting in resolving any issues.


• Ability to derive inventory requirements from Bills of Material.


• Previous certified forklift experience or willingness to learn to drive a forklift.

Available Shifts

A: M-F, 6 AM-4:30 PM

B: M-F, 3 PM-12 AM

C: F-M, 12 HRS 6 AM-6:30 PM

D: F-M, 12 HRS 6 PM-6:30
