Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is hiring an Inventory Associate in Memphis, TN. This role involves inventory control, cycle counts, and audits to ensure accuracy across distribution centers and client facilities.

You will work with RF scanners and WMS, while supporting a safety-focused, high-efficiency team environment. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth within a state-of-the-art logistics network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year or more warehouse experience preferred.
• Must have clean driving record and be able to travel within the area 25–50% of the day.
• Ability to operate RF scanners and enter data into a WMS system.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Conduct audits of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Participate in physical inventories as necessary.
• Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain GMPs with emphasis on safety.
• Ensure inventory accuracy to meet client demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
