Job summary

CarMax in Doral, FL is seeking an Inventory Associate to log and track vehicle deliveries, move cars on the lot, and help uphold a clean, welcoming environment for customers. You’ll recondition vehicles, learn best practices with a collaborative team, and follow CarMax EH&S requirements to keep operations safe and efficient.

This role supports a high-energy retail environment with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High level of motivation and attention to detail in a dynamic work environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to support a collaborative culture.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and adapt to changing environments.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Comfort working in outdoor settings, including noisy or inclement weather conditions.

$15.50 - $24.40

Benefits:

Except as otherwise required by state law, those considered part‑time are eligible for sick time only in states that mandate it and amounts are accrued on a per pay period basis and range from 24 hours to unlimited based on state rules. In Washington, part‑time Associates receive sick leave consistent with state law. Part‑time Associates are also eligible for between 8 hours and 40 hours per year of vacation based on their length of service and subject to a 1 year waiting period. Part‑time Associates are also eligible for 4 hours of Floating Holiday Time each calendar year subject to manager approval.
