Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Inventory Associate to join a premier manufacturing client in Taylor, TX. You will handle receiving, inspecting, and processing spare parts and raw materials, while ensuring accurate stock levels and timely fulfillment.

You will operate forklifts, collaborate with manufacturing teams, and participate in audits and cycle counts. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 2+ years shipping/receiving experience preferred and familiarity with SAP or WorldShip a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2+ years of shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Must be physically able to lift up to 45 lbs and work overtime as required.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process spare parts and raw materials.
• Stock and issue parts promptly to manufacturing departments.
• Coordinate order fulfillment, returns, and inventory movements.
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Provide customer service for Spare Parts room.
