WIS Inventory Associate – Travel Team Job Overview

The WIS Travel Team primarily supports the world’s largest retailer by providing exceptional Inventory Solutions. The role involves weekly travel to customer locations across the region, scanning barcodes to provide inventory information that aids in business decisions and customer support. Drivers are responsible for safely transporting team members to inventory events, adhering to traffic laws and safety requirements, and conducting vehicle inspections and maintenance. The Inventory Associate - Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring safe transport, customer satisfaction, and meeting company goals.

Team Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to stay in hotels up to 4 nights per week, including out-of-state travel
  • No prior inventory experience necessary; we welcome all applicants to Come Count with Us!
  • Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiering, Sales, Picking, Packing, Driving, or Warehousing is a plus. Make your experience count!
  • Reliable transportation access

Inventory Associate Driver Requirements

  • Must be 21 years old
  • Valid driver’s license for at least 36 consecutive months in your state of residence
  • Minimum of three (3) years of proven driving experience
  • Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening, including consumer reports and MVR checks
  • Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation
  • Availability for flexible schedules, including early mornings and late nights, supporting district and customer needs

Working Conditions

This role requires standing for extended periods, occasional walking, repetitive hand and wrist motions, low-level positions (squatting, kneeling), ladder use, lifting up to 25 lbs., and frequent travel by car and occasional overnight stays (3-5 days per week).
