Job summary

NSP is hiring an Inventory Associate - 1st Shift in Owasso, OK. The role focuses on accurate receiving, storing, tracking, and staging both packaging supplies and meat products to support production and shipping operations.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior inventory or food processing experience is preferred, with knowledge of HACCP, FDA, and USDA a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in inventory, warehousing, or food processing is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills; inventory software experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a cold environment.
• Knowledge of HACCP, FDA, USDA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and verify incoming products, packaging supplies, and materials.
• Accurately record quantities, lot numbers, expiration dates, and locations in the inventory system.
• Conduct daily cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures.
• Stage and deliver products to production lines and shipping as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment.
