A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with experience in a manufacturing setting. This is an active role requiring strong detail and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure specifications are followed through for each specific item.
• Use any required safety-related PPE equipment.
• Follow all safety guidelines set by the company.
• Conduct safety checks of equipment before usage.
• Push production carts to designated areas.
• Move pallet jacks as required.
• Climb up and down a ladder as needed.
• Review receiving and stocking of supplies for accuracy.
• Maintain integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
• Complete daily work orders via scanner or paperwork.
• Assist with inventory counts daily.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain acceptable attendance standards.
• Execute company policies and procedures timely.
• Perform other necessary duties.

Job Purpose

Inventory Associate are responsible to ensure that inventory requirements are completed in a timely manner. Detail and organization skills are required. To ensure that specifications are followed through for each specific customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Detail and organization skills are required. To ensure that specifications are followed through for each specific item.
• Use any safety related PPE required equipment
• Following all safety guidelines set forth by the company and it's supervisors
• Responsible for safety checks of equipment before usage
• Pushing Production Carts to designated areas
• Pallet jack movement is required
• Able to move up and down a ladder as needed
• Reviewing receiving and stocking of supplies for accuracy
• Maintain integrity of products through proper handling and storage
• Responsible for completion of daily work order via scanner/paperwork
• Assist with inventory counts on a daily basis
• Ensure a clean, safe and productive work environment in compliance with OSHA and company directives, using safety first practices to remain accident free
• Ensure good housekeeping is followed daily
• Maintain company attendance standards
• Execute company policies, procedures and programs in a professional, effective and timely manner
• Other duties as necessary

Skills / Qualifications

• Ability to learn and operate all facility equipment including computers, calculators, scanners.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Perform basic arithmetic functions: add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Can‑do attitude, sense of urgency and strong work ethic
• Very active and requires standing and walking.
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• Requires normal range of hearing and vision

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Preferred
