Job summary

Quantum Services in Mansfield, OH is seeking an entry-level Field Auditor to conduct physical inventory counts at gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key counting device, with daily travel to 1–3 locations. This full-time role features a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off, early kickoff around 6:00 AM, and paid travel time within a 3-hour radius.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key counting device.
• Move across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit daily audit reports.
• Carpool daily with the team to store locations within a 3-hour radius.

Pay: $18.00 / hour (Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Weekends Off (Occasional travel: ~4 overnight weekends per year)

Travel: Daily travel up to a 3-hour radius from Traverse City (Paid travel time included in 36–42 hr work week)

What You'll Do

• Conduct physical inventory counts inside gas stations and convenience stores using a 10-key counting device.
• Work across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and submit accurate daily audit reports to store managers.
• Carpool daily with your team to dynamic job sites across the region.

Schedule & Travel Details

• Kickoff Time: Official store audit kickoff is typically 6:00 AM (departures can be as early as 3:00 AM – 4:00 AM depending on distance to the first store location).
• Weekly Hours: Total work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week.
• Daily Travel: Travel to 1–3 store locations daily within a 3-hour radius of Mansfield.
