Job summary

Our Easton, PA office is partnering with a leading company to recruit 1st and 2nd shift Inventory Associates. This full‑time, temp‑to‑hire role offers stable hours, a friendly environment, and growth opportunities for motivated candidates.

Starting pay is $23/hr on 1st shift or $24/hr on 2nd shift, with a $2/hr raise after 6 months and attendance bonuses for strong performers. Location: Easton, PA; schedules vary by shift.

Qualifications

• Experience operating sit‑down forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills to use WMS and RF scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse and adapt to priorities.
• Ability to lift and move materials safely as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate sit‑down forklifts and other equipment safely.
• Enter and update inventory in the WMS/RF system and report discrepancies.
• Greet drivers, manage sign‑in, assign dock doors, and verify appointments.
• Unload inbound shipments, check loads, and put materials away correctly.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders per client requirements.
• Verify items and quantities before shipping and ensure proper packaging.
• Move materials to designated locations and perform basic equipment checks.

Inventory Associate Job Details:

• Schedules Available:
  • Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4:30pm
  • Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm
• Starting Pay Rate: $23/hr (1st shift) OR $24/hr (2nd shift). $2/hr increase after 6 months and great attendance
• Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire

Inventory Associate Job Responsibilities:
