Job summary

Quantum Services is seeking an Inventory Associate in Charleston, SC to perform high-accuracy stock counts and audits at convenience stores and gas stations. You’ll use handheld scanning tools, count stock across shelves and back rooms, and report variances to store managers.

This full-time role involves daily local travel within a regional route, early starts, and a Monday–Friday schedule with weekends off.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments.
• Willingness to travel daily on a regional route with paid travel time.
• High-accuracy stock counting and inventory audit skills.

Responsibilities

Inventory Associate

Location: Charleston, South Carolina (within 30 miles of 29401)

Pay Rate: $19.00 / hour(Paid bi-weekly) | Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday | Weekends Off

Travel Details: Daily local travel on a regional route within a 2.5-hour radius of Quantum's Florence division - split between Columbia and Charleston state regions. (Paid travel time included.)

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-accuracy physical stock counting and inventory control audits inside convenience stores and gas stations using handheld counting equipment.
• Count stock across sales floors, stockrooms, walk-in coolers, and freezers.
• Identify inventory variances, reconcile discrepancies, and provide clear daily audit reports to store managers.
• Travel daily with your regional team to client store locations.

Schedule & Hours

• Start Time:Daily audit kickoff times vary based on client location (early morning starts required).
• Weekly Hours:Total scheduled work time (in-store auditing + paid travel) averages 36–42 hours per week.
• Local Travel:Daily travel to scheduled store locations within the regional division area.

• Valid Driver’s License, active auto insurance, and reliable personal transportation.
• Ability to complete background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, squat, use short stepladders, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in cool environments (walk-in coolers).
