Job summary

Jim Coleman Nissan Infiniti in Bethesda, MD is seeking an Inventory Assistant to keep our vehicle inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently. You will help with photo documentation and online representations while supporting daily operations.

The role requires attention to detail, comfort with dealership software, and collaboration with Sales, Service, and Management to ensure smooth vehicle flow.

Qualifications

• Experience in dealership operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing new and pre-owned vehicle inventory.
• Verify vehicle information and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing vehicle movements.
• Assist with dealer trades, vehicle transfers, and inventory logistics.
• Help maintain lot organization and vehicle placement.
• Ensure vehicles are properly photographed and represented online.
• Monitor inventory reports and communicate discrepancies.
• Work closely with Sales, Service, and Management to support daily operations.
• Perform regular lot audits to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Help prepare vehicles for sale by ensuring required documentation and vehicle status are complete.
