Job summary

Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking an energetic Inventory Specialist to manage vehicle inventory, keep lots organized, and support movement from trade-in to retail or wholesale. The role suits someone who enjoys indoor/outdoor work and staying active throughout the day.

You will collaborate with management to ensure a smooth, efficient inventory flow and maintain customer-ready vehicles across the dealership. Training is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated.
• Comfortable working around vehicles and outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
• Dealership, inventory, logistics, or automotive experience is a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage vehicle inventory and lot organization.
• Review and process trade-in vehicles.
• Coordinate vehicle inspections, reconditioning, and wholesale activities.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and inventory tracking reports.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, displayed, and customer-ready.
• Support auction preparation and wholesale operations.
• Assist with vehicle movement and general dealership operations.
• Work with management to keep inventory flowing efficiently.
