Qualifications

• Experience conducting equipment, inventory, or asset audits in a large organization, school district, or facilities environment.
• Experience tagging, identifying, tracking, and maintaining accurate inventories of District-owned equipment and assets.
• Experience preparing audit reports, inventory records, spreadsheets, and supporting documentation related to equipment and assets.
• Ability to conduct field audits across multiple facilities and work independently while maintaining accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability and willingness to work at heights, access rooftops, safely set up and climb extension ladders, and perform physically demanding fieldwork, including lifting and handling heavy equipment/materials as required.
