The Inventory and Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate receipt, storage, shipment, and tracking of materials and products. This role combines hands-on warehouse operations with inventory control responsibilities to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant movement of goods within and outside the facility.

Requirements : Inventory Control

  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
  • Identify and resolve root causes of inventory variances; develop and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the inventory process and coordinate material disposition with Finance and vendors.
  • Ensure inventory transactions are completed accurately in the ERP system and align with internal processes.
  • Keep inventory areas organized, labeled, and compliant with cGMP and ISO13485 standards.

Warehouse Operations

  • Receive all incoming materials and products within a 2-business day. Inspect for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
  • Process and ship orders accurately and on time, ensuring secure packaging and appropriate documentation.
  • Stage, pick, and kit materials for internal departments, service repairs, or outbound orders.
  • Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
  • Prepare and process international and domestic shipments with required regulatory documentation via carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight.

Team & Process Support

  • Provide support to warehouse staff, including training in inventory, shipping and receiving procedures.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas in compliance with company policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve shipping / inventory issues.
  • Document and report damages or shipment discrepancies, escalating as needed.
  • Continuously seek improvements to inventory and warehouse processes.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory-focused role.
  • Proficient in ERP systems; strong Excel and Word skills required.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with inventory systems, import / export documentation, and regulatory requirements (e.g., cGMP, ISO9001 / ISO13485) a plus.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
  • Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is a plus.

The ideal candidate must be able to complete all the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Work is performed in an warehouse / office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances. The employee must be able to lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. This position is performed in an air conditioned and non-air-conditioned environment.
