Job summary

Cencora, doing business as AmerisourceBergen Corporation, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in the Bethlehem, PA area to oversee receiving and inventory operations. You will coordinate daily schedules, ensure accuracy of catalog and order interfaces, and resolve escalated issues across stakeholders.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, a related bachelor's degree, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Job Details
  • Shift: Days, Monday-Friday 4:30am until complete
  • Sign on Bonus: $5,000

This role is in support of Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business.

Responsibilities
  • Supervises daily work schedules and workflow assignments in receiving and inventory departments primarily to align workload distribution with operational priorities and service requirements.
  • Leads the catalog and ordering interface request process to maintain setup accuracy, process consistency, and timely issue resolution.
  • Resolves escalated customer and operational issues that require coordination, judgment, and follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Facilitates warehouse and staging area organization standards to improve safety, inventory visibility, and efficiency.
  • Monitors stock and inventory levels to maintain material availability and accurate operational planning.
  • Improves day-to-day workflow effectiveness through practical process enhancements and team guidance.
  • Guides team execution to reinforce accountability, role clarity, and consistent completion of assigned work.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, specifically in receiving or inventory control departments.

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good analytical skills.
