Job summary

Atlas Copco is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to ensure safe, accurate, and timely flow of materials, coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics to support efficiency and customer satisfaction. On-site in Houston, you will handle domestic and international shipments and support inventory management.

You will contribute to high‑quality products and solutions, lead daily shipping and receiving activities, and work closely with the operations team to maintain stock

Qualifications

• 1-3 years shipping and receiving experience.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pulls and packages items to ensure damage free shipment.
• Inspects incoming product for damage and correctness.
• Leads and coordinates daily shipping & receiving activities.
• Arranges for domestic and international shipments including the preparation of all necessary documents specific to customers' or freight forwarders' instructions.
• Performs inventory related tasks including stocking/pulling parts, assigning/maintaining stock locations, and supporting inventory manager.

In this role, your mission is to ensuresafe, accurate, and timely flow of incoming and outgoing materials by coordinating shipping, receiving, inventory, and logistics activities to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers. Performs shipment and receiving duties including arranging for pick up.

• Leads and coordinates daily shipping & receiving activities.
• Arranges for domestic and international shipments including the preparation of all necessary documents specific to customers' or freight forwarders instructions.

Your skills and experience

Experience:

• 1 - 3 years of shipping and receiving experience.
• SAP experience, is preferred.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED.
