Job summary

Relevant Solutions is seeking a Manager, Inventory Analytics to lead recurring analytics, month-end reporting, and routine decisioning within defined thresholds, while the Director concentrates on strategy and governance. You will steer a cross-functional team across inventory planning, transactions, and systems/processes.

Reporting to the Director, Commercial & Inventory Analytics, this role emphasizes hands-on analytics, data storytelling in Power BI, and collaboration with Purchasing,

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain analytics, or inventory/operations management, preferably in industrial/B2B distribution.
• Experience administering stock plans, OSMI/slow-moving inventory processes, and inventory systems (P21 or similar ERP).
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI or comparable BI tools; SQL a plus.
• Experience leading and developing a team spanning analytical, process, and BI/technical skill sets.
• Comfort working across Supply Chain, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own recurring inventory analytics and month-end reporting.
• Direct inventory systems and process work connecting P21, audits, warehouse reviews, RMAs, and root-cause investigation.
• Lead annual physical inventory and quarterly inventory reviews across sites.
• Direct Power BI development, dashboard maintenance, and advanced analytics supporting inventory planning and analytics.
• Coach and develop team members toward increasing analytical judgment and business-facing responsibility.
• Provide analytical support for acquisitions, including stock plan analysis and inventory-health input.
