Job summary

EPITEC is seeking an Inventory Analyst 2 in Houston, TX for an 18-month on-site contract. You will support inventory accuracy and reconciliation in a 3PL environment, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

This role requires 2–4 years of inventory experience, SAP familiarity, and strong analytical, communication, and detail-oriented skills in an onsite warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2-4 years of relevant inventory, record accuracy, or inventory management experience.
• Internship experience may count toward relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently in an onsite warehouse/manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and random inventory and receipt audits
• Conduct physical inventory counts and track inventory discrepancies
• Reconcile inventory overages, shortages, receipt issues, supplier discrepancies, and shipment errors
• Research historical inventory movements using SAP or similar materials systems
• Investigate discrepancies and document Root Cause Corrective Actions
• Communicate inventory adjustments and issues to Supply Chain Management
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and onsite 3PL partners

Now Hiring: Inventory Analyst 2 | Houston, TX

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst 2 for an 18-month contract opportunity in Houston, TX. This is a full-time, onsite position supporting inventory accuracy and reconciliation within a 3PL environment.

Location: Houston, TX 77075

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Experience: 2-4 years

Pay: $26/hr
