About the Role:

The Inventory Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and associated costs. This position involves analyzing sales trends, monitoring inventory records, and collaborating with supply chain and sales teams to develop accurate inventory plans. The Inventory Analyst will utilize ERP systems to track and manage sales orders and order processes, ensuring data integrity and timely replenishment. By providing actionable insights and forecasts, the role supports efficient supply chain operations and contributes to overall business profitability. Ultimately, the Inventory Analyst helps maintain a balanced inventory that aligns with company goals and market dynamics.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in inventory management or supply chain analysis.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and inventory management software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and inventory metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., APICS CPIM or CSCP).
• Experience working in a fast-paced retail or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau.
• Knowledge of lean inventory and just-in-time (JIT) methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects related to inventory optimization.
