Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of administrative, inventory, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems required.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP records.
• Enter and maintain inventory transactions in SAP to ensure data integrity.
• Generate, review, and distribute inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams regarding inventory concerns.

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and manufacturing industry, is seeking an Inventory Administrative Clerk to join their team. As an Inventory Administrative Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and data accuracy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Hollywood, FL

Pay Range:$20.00

Shift: 1st Shift 7:am-3:30pm

What's the Job?

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

What's Needed?
