Job summary

kdc/one, Chemaid is seeking a Warehouse Cycle Count / Audit Coordinator to manage daily material movement, inventory accuracy and staging for shipments. You will perform cycle counts with RF scanners, report discrepancies, and ensure proper labeling and documentation.

The role requires basic math, knowledge of RF devices, forklift experience, and the ability to train others. A high school diploma and 2–5 years of warehouse experience are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in warehouse/manufacturing environment (cosmetics/personal care preferred).
• Familiarity with cGMP and SOPs; cycle count procedures.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and finished goods; assist with inventory staging.
• Perform cycle counts using RF scanner; report discrepancies.
• Maintain labeling and tagging per LPN system.
• Operate and train others on pallet jacks, forklifts and related equipment.
• Keep documentation and cleanliness compliant with safety rules.
