Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking an Invasive Cardiac/Vascular Specialist I to provide technical assistance for diagnostic and interventional procedures, including scrub support and catheter manipulation under physician supervision.

The role requires Radiography education, ARRT registration, IEMA license, BLS/ACLS, strong communication and computer skills, and a commitment to patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Education: AMA Approved School in Radiography.
• Licensure/ Certification: ARRT registration, Radiography license in IL, BLS CPR, ACLS within 6 months of hire.
• Other Skills/ Knowledge: Interpersonal and communication skills, solid computer skills, analytical and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance for diagnostic and interventional invasive procedures.
• Scrub assist for diagnostic/interventional procedures; prep/manipulation of catheters and guidewires.
• Document procedures and patient information per hospital policy.
