Job summary

COOLSOFT is seeking a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist to plan, configure, implement, and support our mobile device management environment using Microsoft Intune, Azure Entra, and Apple ABM integration. The role emphasizes enrollment, policy configuration, and security baselines in a mostly remote setting with occasional onsite as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management.
• Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory).
• Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance policies, and device security policies.
• Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices.
• Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management.
• Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience documenting technical processes and providing knowledge transfer to agency staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan, configure, implement, and support the agency's Intune/MDM environment in Azure Entra.

Description:

The contractor will serve as a Microsoft Intune and Enterprise MDM Specialist. They will be responsible for planning,

configuring, implementing, and supporting the agencys mobile device management and endpoint management

environment with Microsoft Azure/Entra and Intune. Responsibilities include configuring device enrollment, compliance

policies, conditional access, application deployment, security baselines, Apple Business Manager Integration, Android

Enterprise integration, migration support, troubleshooting, documentation, knowledge transfer and implementation

recommendations aligned with state, federal, and agency security standards. The contractor will work collaboratively

with agency IT staff to modernize and streamline mobile device deployment and management process.

Required Skills/Experience

Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These

Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Management. Experience implementing Mobile Device Management solutions in enterprise environments. Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory). Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple DEP/ADE. Experience configuring Conditional Access, compliance

policies, and device security policies. Knowledge of M365 administration and endpoint security best practices. Experience with device enrollment, application deployment, and policy management. Ability to troubleshoot enrollment, synchronization, and device compliance issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred/Not Required

Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory

experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.

Experience working within state government or public sector environments. Experience migrating from Meraki or other MDM platforms to Microsoft Intune. Experience with Windows Autopilot and endpoint provisioning. Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or other security compliance standards. Microsoft certifications related to Intune, Azure or Endpoint

Management. Experience integrating mobile device management with ticketing or asset management systems. Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
