Job summary

Unió Digital in Tucson, AZ is seeking an Intrusion Technician to install, program, and service commercial intrusion alarm systems for a range of clients. You will work on new installations, perform service calls, and set up central station signaling with Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, and similar platforms.

You’ll train customers on arming and basic operation, keep thorough documentation, and maintain the Arizona Alarm Agent license in good standing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years installing/servicing commercial intrusion alarm systems.
• Arizona Alarm Agent license (or eligible to obtain).
• Familiarity with central station communication protocols (IP, cellular, POTS).
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; based in or relocating to one of the listed hiring locations and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Install and program intrusion alarm systems (Bosch, DMP, Honeywell, etc.).
• Configure central station signaling and account setup.
• Service existing alarm systems (sensor replacements, panel troubleshooting, communicator updates).
• Train clients on arming/disarming and basic system operation.
• Maintain Arizona Alarm Agent license in good standing.
