Job summary

Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ is hiring an experienced Radiologic Technologist to perform specialized intraoperative imaging for surgical procedures. You will operate Hybrid OR, O-Arm, and C-Arms equipment, ensuring image quality, safety, and documentation while collaborating with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers.

The role emphasizes adherence to ALARA guidelines, imaging best practices, and participation in staff onboarding and education within a high-volume operative

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from an approved Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT certification and state licensure if applicable.
• BLS certification required.
• Two years of related radiology experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up imaging cart and prep OR procedures per case.
• Educate patients about procedures and maintain professional conduct.
• Perform radiographic procedures following ARRT guidelines and aseptic technique.
• Operate specialty imaging equipment (Hybrid OR, O‑Arm, C‑Arms) and maintain cleanliness.
• Produce high-quality images and document results for interpretation.
• Perform and monitor equipment quality control and troubleshoot equipment.
• Maintain radiation safety and educate staff about dosimetry.
• Uphold confidentiality and professional responsibilities in radiology.
• Facilitate onboarding for new intra-operative technologists.
