Rochester Institute of Technology on campus seeks a Recreation and Wellness Programs team member to help design and deliver intramural sports and wellness initiatives, enhancing student life and engagement.
You will recruit, train, and supervise over 70 student employees, coordinate programs with campus partners, and use data to drive improvements while supporting a welcoming, inclusive campus recreation environment.

Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 2 - An intermediate level role with working foundational knowledge and skills to perform routine and occasionally non-routine tasks. Tasks may require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. May provide assistance to entry level staff.
