Job summary

Daifuku Intralogistics America Corporation seeks a Project Manager to oversee material handling automation projects, including conveyors, robotics, controls, and software. You will manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources across multiple sites, while ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to corporate standards.

You will collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to drive on-time delivery, risk mitigation, and contract compliance, with up to 50% travel as

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, Engineering, or Operations Management.
• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred or obtainable within 1 year of hire.
• Knowledge of materials handling, WMS, fulfillment or distribution center operations, and supply chain logistics.
• Knowledge of automation projects involving machines, robotics, controls, and software.
• Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of business accounting and contracts.
• Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills.
• Ability to handle multiple project assignments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced results-oriented environment.
• Leadership and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plans, executes, and completes projects involving structures, conveyors, machinery, robotics, AS/RS solutions, racking, controls, and software.
• Manages project financials, costs, and resources.
• Manage simultaneous projects in multiple locations.
• Manages relationships and contracts with multiple customers and suppliers.
• Creates and manages project records in accordance with company standards.
• Follows Daifuku Intralogistics standards for project execution.
• Provides verbal and written updates for projects aligned to company standards.
• Travels up to 50%.
