Job summary

Karat is seeking Interview Engineers to join its Community as contractor/freelancers. You will facilitate technical interviews, evaluate candidate performance, and partner with Karat to test content and products.

Required: 3+ years as a Software Developer or Engineer, excellent English communication, reliable webcam/mic, and stable internet. Experience conducting technical interviews is preferred. Resumes must be in English; only applicants in eligible countries are considered.

Interview Engineers facilitate technical interviews with software developers around the world. As an Interview Engineer, you will create inclusive hiring processes by mitigating bias, improving hiring signals, and completing objective evaluations. These skills are critical to hiring and managing teams in startups and large enterprises. As a Karat Interview Engineer, you will:
