This position offers an opportunity to work with children with autism and developmental disabilities, providing trauma-informed ABA therapy to clients aged 2-21. You will learn to build meaningful relationships, manage assent and non-assent behaviors, and support clients' growth in a supportive environment.

As an Interventionist/RBT, you will work one-on-one with clients, implementing treatment plans, collecting data electronically, and engaging clients through fun activities. During your first 90 days, you will need to obtain RBT certification through BACB. Support is provided to ensure your success in this process.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and the ability to perform physical activities. RBT certification is preferred but not required at hiring; certification must be obtained within 90 days. Other qualities include flexibility, compassion, energy, and good organization skills.
