Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid Arizona Teaching License required.
• Experience teaching ELA and/or Mathematics at the elementary, middle, or secondary level preferred.
• Knowledge of intervention strategies, progress monitoring, and data-driven instruction.
• Strong classroom management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and staff.
• Commitment to improving student outcomes and closing achievement gaps.

Responsibilities

• Provide targeted ELA and Math intervention services to students requiring academic support.
• Assess student performance and use data to develop individualized intervention plans.
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies to maximize achievement.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success.
• Assist in identifying students who may benefit from additional academic interventions and support services.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress, assessments, and intervention outcomes.
• Implement differentiated instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school initiatives.
