Job summary

Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health seeks a Vascular Interventional Radiology Technologist to perform specialized vascular and interventional radiographic procedures in a fast-paced, technology-driven setting. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and other staff to support complex cardiovascular and neuroendovascular cases.

As part of a Level I Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center, you will participate in off-hours call rotations with compensation and contribute to cutting-edge care while

Qualifications

Graduate of an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology, with one year of experience required.

Responsibilities

Performs radiographic procedures for cardiovascular studies and prepares the patient for the procedure.
Maintains central venous line during examination and may inject prescribed medications under supervision.
Performs hemodynamic monitoring duties and operates radiographic equipment to produce specialized images.
Coordinate daily work schedule with radiologist and respond to emergencies as they occur.
Teaches the use of cardiovascular equipment to staff.
Performs other duties as required.
