Job summary

MEP Health in Ogden, Utah is seeking an Angiography Technologist to perform angiography procedures, scrub, set techniques and capture diagnostic images for interventional radiology services.

You will support the interventional radiology team while ensuring patient safety, following radiation safety guidelines, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. Certifications and ongoing education are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of Angio/interventional experience or relevant certification.
• Skills in complex procedures, effective communication and infection control.
• ARRT and BCLS certifications; ACLS/PALS within specified timeframes; state licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide procedural assistance as circulating, scrub, or monitoring techs with emphasis on patient safety and adherence to radiation safety guidelines.
• Develop expertise in invasive supplies and techniques, manage quality control and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Assist with patient transport and stocking of supplies.

Job Summary

Responsible for performing Angiography procedures, including scrubbing, setting techniques, and capturing images, to support diagnostic and interventional radiology services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide procedural assistance as circulating, scrub, or monitoring techs, ensuring patient safety through proper identification, preparation, and education, and adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
• Develop expertise in invasive supplies and techniques, manage quality control, and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Additional duties encompass patient transport and stocking supplies.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of Angio/interventional experience or relevant certification, with skills in complex procedures, effective communication, and infection control.
• ARRT and BCLS certifications, with ACLSPALS within specified timeframes. Relevant state licensure and VIR certification preferred.

McKay-Dee Hospital, Ogden, Utah.

Compensation
